I'm a big proponent of both Galactomyces and Niacinamide so I was really excited to try this out. I love everything about this brand conceptually. As a skincare enthusiast I'm really interested in how skincare can co-exist with eco-friendly practices (not clean necessarily but that's another conversation) and so... I really wanted to love the serum but I don't find anything particularly special that I don't get from other Niacinamide/Galactomyces products. It's fine, it does its job but it also has a particular scent to it that I can't quite explain other than it smells a little bit stale and if you have ever owned a dog and sometimes theres a doritos-esque smell to him/her, it reminded me a little bit of that. It definitely wasn't enough that I thought the product was off and I think for some people it can add to the clean vibe of the company but I'm not sure I'll be repurchasing this product. Will definitely continue to try other Toun28 products though.
